Quantum Pharmaceuticals offers novel inhibitors and libraries of compounds/inhibitors of Aurora A&B, cMet, JNK-3, IGF-1R and Abl kinases, which are known to participate in oncogenesis as well as GSK-3b kinase participating, for example, in diabetes. Their activity was confirmed in vitro by ADP Hunter and ELISA assays and found to be in the range from about 100 nM to 10 mcM. Then close structural analogues of every active compound were constructed. All found and constructed compounds were combined into compact chemical libraries focused against different kinases (e.g. IGF-1R focused library ) and disease (e.g. library of compounds with anti-cancer activity).

We offer these compounds and libraries for evaluation and acquiring for its use in further anti-cancer and/or anti-diabetic drug discovery projects. All compounds may be delivered in less then one week.
